This inspection does NOT include:

- Radon, asbestos, mold, or environmental testing (separate ser

vices available)

- Underground storage tanks or systems

- Concealed conditions (behind walls, under floors)

- Detached buildings or common areas (condo buildings)

- Code compliance or engineering assessment

- Cosmetic or decorative items

- Operating costs or energy efficiency ratings
